Gabon Preparations!

Wow. I have exactly 6 minutes to write this blog, then it is off to work.

SO this morning I went to Passport Health @ Strong Memorial Hospital and got my anti-malarial drugs, Yellow Fever vaccine & Typhoid vaccine (my arm kills, actually it's throbbing). I also learned about a bunch of other parasites, bacteria, viruses, etc. that you can contract while you're there. Naturally, mom freaked out. Somehow (peace of God?) I'm not really that concerned.

This morning was hectic, but I managed to finally finish all the paperwork and was able to send my visa papers off since I have my yellow vacination card thanks to my doctor's visit. Yay!!!

I got my welcome info./packet and a bunch of other informaiton from CMA, so I am very excited....This is, of course, very distracting. I am having trouble focusing on school work, but whatever. It is super exciting and I absolutely cannot wait!!!

32 days until Gabon

Oh, and please remember that it is RED ENVELOPE DAY. So get those envelopes in the mail!!!
