Every single time, it never ceases to amaze me. God is so incredibly faithful. Everytime I observe an act of his faithfulness, I step back in awe of who He is. He is truly AMAZING!!! God has managed to show me once again how faithful He is, when I put 200% in. I thought I wouldn't survive this round of exams, but God is AMAZING, and I have managed to do well on my organic exam. THAT is a miracle. No one just does well on an organic test. It just does not happen without God.
I have four exams left, and the one exam that I took Friday should be graded by Monday or Wednesday.
14 days until Gabon! < This is SCARY!!! >
In preparation for Gabon & as a break from exams, mom & I went shopping to try and hunt down some skirts and shirts. Long skirts (extending past the knee) and t-shirst are the dress code for ladies in Gabon.
Because of the rainy season, I needed to buy shoes that could survive torrents of rain, so my parents generously bought me two pairs of Croc flip-flops. I have had great experience with these in the past. They are so light and incredibly comfortable, so they should do the trick!
I have to buy a bunch of food to take like snacks, juice mix, etc. since Gabon is very expensive when it comes to regular groceries. So, that still has to be done.
I am also waiting for my visa. THAT is a prayer request. Not only is the Gabonese embassy in possession of my international vaccination card, but they also have my passport, so basically, I can't go anywhere without it.
Alright, folks, I think that is it for now. You probably didn't even care to read those details, but it is what it is.
