The Heart of God

Hosanna
Hillsong United

I see the king of glory
Coming on the clouds with fire
The whole earth shakes
The whole earth shakes

I see his love and mercy
Washing over all our sin
The people sing
The people sing

Hosanna
Hosanna
Hosanna in the highest

I see a generation
Rising up to take their place
With selfless faith
With selfless faith

I see a near revival
Stirring as we pray and seek
We're on our knees
We're on our knees

Heal my heart and make it clean
Open up my eyes to the things unseen
Show me how to love like you have loved me

Break my heart from what breaks yours
Everything I am for your kingdoms cause
As I go from nothing to
Eternity

Hosanna in the highest

I was talking with friends late last night/early this morning about reaching our generation and reaching the lost. We were talking about how to do that and what has called us to...Later on, we were listening to music and Hosanna was being played. I love this song, because it so embodies our call as believers. When our hearts break for what breaks the heart of God, then we truly begin to live for Christ. Because what other reason is there to live?

So what are we doing as members of this generation to take our place with selfess faith?
How are we responding to what breaks the heart of God?
